1. Parties
SELLER: STR Enerji Danışmanlık İhracat İthalat İç ve Dış Ticaret, İstanbul, Türkiye · +90 (212) 000 00 00 · info@strenerji.com
BUYER: The person whose details are provided during checkout.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically through the Seller's website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Product and Payment
Product type, quantity, sales price, payment method and delivery details are shown in the order summary and confirmation email. All listed prices include VAT. Shipping is charged for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days. The Buyer must inspect the shipment on delivery and refuse damaged packages.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Products must be unused, with intact packaging and in resalable condition. Withdrawal notices are sent to info@strenerji.com.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or custom-printed goods, perishable food products, products whose protective packaging has been opened where return is not suitable for hygiene reasons, and goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
7. Disputes
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
